We invite organizations, academics, researchers, and professionals to submit extended abstracts (500 words) that contribute to thought-provoking debates, explore the latest theoretical and empirical insights, and showcase practical applications addressing the complex ethical challenges facing organizations today.

To strengthen the connection between academic thinking and managerial practice, the event will bring together academics, organizations, professionals and industry experts in plenary and parallel sessions focused on significant themes and sectors.

We aim to establish a meaningful bridge between research and practice, fostering dialogue that challenges conventional perspectives and supports the development of more ethical and responsible management approaches. We particularly welcome submissions that inspire cross-sector exchange, encourage critical reflection, and help shape the future of ethical business practices in Europe and beyond!

  • Longevity and Well-being (Ageism / Age Discrimination)
  • Ethics in Health – One Health Approach (WHO)

Focus: Social justice, equity, and ethical practices in diverse and cross-sectoral contexts.

  • Sectoral Ethics and Case Studies (with a pedagogical and training focus)

Focus: Developing ethical competencies in educational and professional environments, supported by practical examples.

Focus: Other topics related to the overall theme of the conference.

Deadline for submission: 17 December 2025

Accepted abstracts will be presented during thematic sessions and included in the official conference program.

Publications

The organization will communicate the acceptance of the abstract or suggest improvements to the submitted summaries. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Council  within a maximum of 30 days.

Once accepted, participants may proceed with conference registration.

A maximum of 2 abstracts per participant is allowed.

To receive the certificate of participation and the presentation certificate, participants must complete the conference registration.

The participant category without paper presentation, which grants access only to social activities and the conference dinner, does not entitle participants to any conference certificates.

The event is expected to take place in multiple parallel sessions, depending on the number of registrations received.
