The European Business Ethics Network Portugal (EBEN Portugal), officially represented in Portugal by the Portuguese Association of Business Ethics (APEE) (apee.pt), in collaboration with Universidade Europeia (UE) (https://www.europeia.pt/ ) and Cetrad–Europeia HUB (https://www.europeia.pt/investigacao/centros-investigacao-cetrad/) organizes the conference Creating Value with Values: Ethics in Organizations, to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on 26–27 February 2026.
We invite organizations, academics, researchers, and professionals to submit extended abstracts (500 words) that contribute to thought-provoking debates, explore the latest theoretical and empirical insights, and showcase practical applications addressing the complex ethical challenges facing organizations today.
To strengthen the connection between academic thinking and managerial practice, the event will bring together academics, organizations, professionals and industry experts in plenary and parallel sessions focused on significant themes and sectors.
We aim to establish a meaningful bridge between research and practice, fostering dialogue that challenges conventional perspectives and supports the development of more ethical and responsible management approaches. We particularly welcome submissions that inspire cross-sector exchange, encourage critical reflection, and help shape the future of ethical business practices in Europe and beyond!
